Delete your account
You can delete your account and personal data at any time.
In the app (fastest)
Open Single to Not → Profile → Delete account. This removes your profile, photos, and personal data from the active app.
By request
If you can't access the app, email support@singletonot.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll verify and process the request. [Confirm/replace this address.]
What gets deleted
Your profile, photos, prompts, and personal account data are deleted. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons — for example, evidence preserved in connection with a serious safety report may be kept even after deletion, as described in our Privacy Policy. Subscription billing records held by the App Store or Google Play are managed by those stores.
